On February 2018, I went on a field trip to UNAIDS. UNAID is an organization that works with the Cambodian government to help to spread awareness to Cambodian about the problem of HIV that is happening. My friends and I asked them a lot of questions that we wondered before that. We went to see and understand how they spread awareness of HIV to Cambodian. I learn in this class where we learned about HIV and we wanted to help spread awareness of this problem. Our project goal is to create a workshop for Cambodia students to join and let them help spread this information. Hiv is a problem in Cambodia because once someone test with HIV positive they feel ashamed and not wanting to get treatments, because of the environment around make them feel that way. So this problem needs to be solved. We hope our workshop would change someone perspective on this problem and make it better.
